Use of the Missoula County Fire Protection Association (MCFPA) Fire Safety Trailer [herein referred to as the Trailer] requires the user to agree to the following terms: 1. Transport the Trailer to and from its Missoula base using a qualified driver and a 3/4 ton vehicle with a frame-mounted hitch, electric trailer breaks and an electrical hookup approved by an MCFPA-endorsed mechanic. 2. Provide proof of motor vehicle insurance coverage, including liability and damage, sufficient to cover any damage to the trailer.3. Accept liability for any damage(s) caused during its use or transport.4. Accept responsibility for accidents or injuries resulting from use or transport of the Trailer.5. Arrange with MCFPA for training of at least one person in the operation of the Trailer prior to its use.6. Provide $250 for use of the Trailer to cover maintenance costs.7. Return the Trailer to Missoula clean and undamaged.
I agree to the terms set forth above for the use of the MCFPA Fire Safety Trailer. I also agree to hold harmless the Officers and Members of the MCFPA for any damage or injuries that may occur through the use or transport of said Trailer.
